Take the batteries out. Take out the film (if it has any). Open everything up. Let it air dry, or use a hair dyer (on low).

Depending on the type of camera and how long it was in the water, it may or may not be ruined.

Drain the tub! Use a wire hanger to pry the plug up so you don't electrocute yourself.
