AboutHere are the basics:

- We are about health and wellness and good nutrition. ZERO TOLERANCE for any wacky eating disorder posts, recipes, lingo, etc. Not welcome.
- All posts will be moderated.
- I want this to be a good resource, so all posts will be tagged whether you do it, or I do it. Labels like chicken, tuna, beef, pork, fish, cheese, eggs for the main ingredient are good, and also if it's perfect for a certain diet or macronutrient ratio, that'd be a good tag too. If you have a rough or exact macronutrient breakdown to offer, that is definitely welcome too.
- If you don't already know, FitDay & Calorie King are great sites to track your diet, calories and macros. NutritionData.com is another good one that also tracks micronutrients. PeaPod.com is good if you are having trouble finding a certain ingredient or even just to get your shopping delivered to your door.
- Do not ever delete comments or posts. Of course there is a small (tiny!) caveat in case someone posts your personal information or something equally compromising, but if you're in a flame war, or you just don't like what someone said, DO NOT DELETE. This is my pet peeve and bannable! No warning shots! Banned!
- Also... goes without saying, but always seems to need saying... don't be an asshole. This is bannable at moderator discretion.
