Welcome to

gundam00awards, the first icontest community on LiveJournal devoted to Mobile Suit Gundam 00!

&& All icons must be related to Mobile Suit Gundam 00.
&& You may only use images from official sources. This means that no fanart or doujinshi is allowed. Exceptions can be made for fanart drawn by the submitting member.
&& Unless otherwise specified, you are allowed to submit up to two icons per theme.
&& All icons must remain anonymous until the results are posted. Do not advertise yours, use it as your user picture or post it in your LiveJournal or on other sites. This is considered cheating and will result in the disqualification of the icon.
&& Do not use any previously made and posted icons. All icons must be made "fresh" for the theme.
&& All icons must relate to the posted theme.
&& All icons must fit LiveJournal standards, that is, the maximum allowed size for an icon is 100x100 pixels or 40KB.
&& Do not steal icons! If you want to use any of the icons posted here, ask the author first.
&& Do not insult or criticize anyone's icons!
&& You must be a member of this community to submit icons or vote.
&& After the results are posted, the submissions and votes will be unscreened.
&& The official time zone for this icontest is and all times given here are Eastern European Time (UTC+2) or Eastern European Summer Time (UTC+3) while daylight saving time is in effect.

&& New themes are posted every Friday, unless the previous theme is extended for another week.
&& Entries are due on the next Friday at 9:00 PM, unless extended.
&& You have to host your submitted icons yourself at least until the voting is posted. I will host the images for the actual voting myself.
&& Please submit your entries in the following format:

Replace ImageURL with the URL for your image. Since LiveJournal can automatically convert URLs to links, you can also just use the URL itself as the second line, without the rest of the code.

&& Voting is posted on Friday and you will be able to vote until Sunday, 9:00 PM. After this the results will be posted.
&& Unless otherwise specified, you will have to vote for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, as well as for a special category that will be different from week to week. All four icons you vote for must be different.
&& Unless specifically allowed, do not vote for your own icons.
&& Editing of votes is not allowed.
&& If there are enough icons, a Moderator's Choice award will also be given to an icon that did not place in the top three or the special category.
