AboutA journal for those who are growing their hair and want encouragement.
It is not a competitive "My hair is longer than yours" community, but just one where we can share growth progress, hair care tips, and post as many hair pictures as we like :) It doesn't matter if your aim is shoulder length, waist length, or as long as you can get it, as long as you are growing your hair.
A special welcome will be given to anyone growing their hair back after traumatic loss.
NOTE- if you are posting more than one photo, or are posting large photos, please put them under an LJ cut or they will be removed. Thank you. Other than that- no real community rules other than keep it nice. Any nastiness will result from banning from the community. I hate seeing tons of rules on communities, it puts me off joining so I don't want this one to be like that. Post as often or as little as suits you :) But please.. no pulling others up about grammar or spelling. I have seen this on other communities and it isn't nice and it isn't neccesary. Remember there are cultural and regional differences with both, please respect this. Thank you :)
Also, you will not be admitted to the community if you have a brand new journal with no entries. Quite a few membership applications have been rejected recently because of this. Please take note of this. The mods reserve the right to refuse membership. No emo drama allowed in here.
