So if you know anything about me (at ALL), you know that Sam and Spencer tend to have sex in my head a lot. And I mean this as a writer, as a Spam shipper.

BUT - it gets me thinking other thoughts. And since this is the Groovy Smoothie (woo!) - I thought I'd bring said thoughts here.

As each character is clearly a sexual being (in time, if you're picky), even if you don't see it in canon, what do you suppose their kinks are?

I'd say Spencer has some head-starts on this subject, but what do you think?

Carly? Freddie? Sam? Gibby? Principal Franklin? And more?

Role-play? Breath play? Bondage?  Cross-dressing?

You probably know your kinks, but what about the characters you write for (or read for)?

if you're that interested in how this progressed, let's just say my muse is obsessed with canonical-ness.

Bonus!question: Do you think particular pairings would be more into certain kinks? Spam vs Seddie? Creddie vs Cam? Etc?

So this post is random but I just felt like making it to share a couple things.
Like other iCarly fans, I find myself finding references from the show in the real world. Not just quotes (or that story about the kid wanting a possum b/c of iGo to Japan that I shared a while ago) but things that remind me of the show. Of course, now that I stsrt writing this I can't think of anything specific except always craving a smoothie (I seriously tried a blueberry one at Jamba a month or so back b/c of Spencer suggesting it on the show and it was indeed delicious). Oh or like at a restaurant I was at the other day they had tapenade! I plan to go back there specifically to try it.

There are, however, two examples recently that I thought I'd share b/c you fellow Groovie Smoothiers are the only ones that would really care :D

Nathan's episode of CSI: Las Vegas will be airing on 3/11 on CBS. The episode is called "Neverland" and features a case involving a young boy who is found murdered that may link to a previous case.

There's some pretty big iCarly news. To casual fans, it may not be a huge deal. But to the fans who are really into the show, this is kinda major.

It's about iSaved Your Life, which premiered a couple of weeks ago. Not only was it the most watched episode of iCarly ever… it was the most watched half-hour of anything ever in the history of Nickelodeon (with kids 9-14).

Now here comes the fun part...

When I was given the first cut of iSaved Your Life (by the editor), it was almost seven minutes too long. That's really long. Usually, the first cuts are 1 or 2 minutes long – and then I edit out parts in order to get the show "to time" (the proper length for broadcast).

Cutting SEVEN MINUTES out of an episode is really hard, because I'm deleting almost a third of an episode. But that's what I had to do with iSaved Your Life.

Well, after we were all shocked at the enormous ratings, I called the network and said, "Hey, why don't we air the ORIGINAL, UN-CUT, FULL VERSION of iSaved Your Life, so the audience can see the WHOLE episode, as it was meant to be seen?"

I felt that, since the fans gave the episode such incredible support, they deserved to see the whole thing.

AND NOW... THAT'S WHAT'S HAPPENING.

I spent much of this past week back in the editing room, restoring the seven deleted minutes of iSaved Your Life. And it's going to air (I think) this coming Friday night, February 12th at 8:00 PM. It will be a "one weekend only" event.

I had so much fun putting the episode back together, the way it was intended. And most importantly, it's a better show with the extra footage.

That's the news. If you think you've seen iSaved Your Life, you really haven't. But now you will!

And yes, I will post Fun FACTS about the new, full version. :)

I was reading a book today called Tweak by Nic Sheff. It's a drug book, where he uses, recovers, relapses, blah blah blah. It's good, but I got to this paragraph that made me shiver a little:

"Zelda and I get into the car after a little bit and we drive past Sony Studios to the second-floor apartment Sam shares with her three roommates. When we walk in the front door, we're immediately met by a potbellied, balding little man who introduces himself as Sam's boyfriend. His name is Freddy."

Not that that's such a crazy coincidence, but I had this big imaginary trip in my mind about drugs and whatever, and that inspired me to write a whole whopping 500 words of fic. so yeah, here it is.
