AboutWhy is there need for another community to discuss Grey's Anatomy? Personally, I found it
frustrating dealing with people who do nothing but squee over how cute George is, whine about storylines not being resolved fast enough or getting snippy because you don't want the same characters romantically linked as they do.
I don't want a community filled with pointless posts and endless one-liner comments. A certain amount of "fangirl" (or "fanguy" as the case may be) is to be expected. But I am hoping that we can create a community built on thoughtful discussion of a great TV show minus the angst and drama that comes with people who get too caught up in it.
The only time that the posts themselves will be moderated is the night of a new episode. I'll keep them moderated for 24 hours, to give people who watch it later a chance to do so. There will be one big discussion post for comments about the show. This is to prevent spoilers and to protect your friends list from being eaten alive by multiple posts. If you haven't seen the show after 24 hours, you need to be careful about reading the community after that point.
Please feel free to email me, with suggestions or concerns @ fooltheworld@livejournal.com but please don't bring things to my personal journal. Thanks! Hopefully, folks will use common sense when posting. If not, we'll make up new rules as we go along.
