Welcome to a community of people with problems!
We cringe at those who don't know when to use an apostrophe. We sneer at those who don't know the difference between there, their, and they're. We're tired of seeing things like "your" instead of "you're", "breath" instead of "breathe", or "could of" instead of "could have".
Basically, we're fed up with trying to keep our red pens away from the crappy, irritating, second-grade writing that seems to dominate the internet.

lala. Submissions are reviewed as time allows her to do so, because she'd like to pretend that she has a life.
The rules here are simple:
Questions?
Just ask.
Be good.
Play nice.
Use proper punctuation.
And for God's sake, get a sense of humor.

The rules here are simple:
- If you post in this community, be prepared to do your own proofreading, or suffer the consequences. If you can't take criticism, or don't want to hear it, then be sure of what you're submitting. You are, however, encouraged to ask questions and seek guidance or clarification. It's better to declare your ignorance than to perpetuate it.
- Everything is fair game for deconstruction - that means letters from your old boyfriend or girlfriend, E-mails from your boss, your company's website, the news, signs and billboards on the street...everything. If it's horribly written, completely misspelled, or simply doesn't make any sense, copy and paste the contents, or link to the page it's on. Please do not post or link to personal information of other LJ users. Posts and/or comments that include this information will be deleted without notice. The goal here is to discuss, not harass. A partial list of verboten material can be found here; Livejournal's complete Terms of Service agreement is here. You may link to websites outside of Livejournal, but if the content could be considered "objectionable", please warn the other members.
- It's okay to post pictures, but if the file is bigger than 60k, please learn how to use the lj-cut tag as a courtesy to other readers. LJ-cut should also be used if the text in a single entry requires scrolling to read all of it.
- Stay on topic. Don't advertise other communities, don't spam, and don't whine about things that aren't being run the way that YOU think they should be. We're here to have fun, dammit, not contribute to LJ drama. Trolls and flame wars will not be tolerated; this includes posts that quote from obviously "fake" journals, communities and/or personas.
