DOs
1--Do post an intro upon joining or delurking
2--Do post your thoughts, stories, poetry, goth/industrial related questions, useful gothy information, info on fashion, art, photography, gardening, clubs, music, concerts, new industrial/gothic projects, webpages, etc.
3--Do include a description/explanation with any links or invitations - one liners will be deleted
4--Do use LJ Cut for longer entries and all images, preferrably post images to ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif)

5--Do delete your own mistakes and edit/fix your own posts - broken links and duplicate entries are not welcome!
6--Do check out the LiveJournal FAQ and help pages for answers to technical posting questions like how to edit or delete your posts
DON’Ts
1--Don’t post mean, rude, degrading, or insulting comments, even about you!
2--Don't post images -- they belong in gothic_babes. (LJ cut images will be tolerated within reason)
3--Don't crosspost to both gothic_rants and gothic_babes
4--Don’t disable comments on your posts – this is after all, a community
5--Don't post links to websites, etc. without an introduction/description/explanation of why you are posting it
6--Don't post links to join rating or hating communities, or any other communities without asthetic value
7--Don't post quizzes, test results, or vote-for-me request -- or links to them!
8--Don’t post risqué work if you are under 18 or of people under 18. Also, watch your comments when kindergoths are involved!
9--Don’t copy/borrow/take/link/etc. other people’s images, artwork, or text - even of your friends - without their explicit written permission. Violators will be banned and reported to abuse@livejournal.com without additional warning.
