Hello and welcome to

gotei13_awards! Dedicated to the Soul Society characters of the hit anime/manga series Bleach, we hope you have a good time!

;Rules,Submission, & voting;

1)This icontest is for only the Gotei 13 captains and Vice-captains. People such as Urahara, Yoruichi, Kaien, Hanatarou, Yumichika, Ikkaku, Ganju and Kuukaku are the only exceptions accepted, since they're all associated with the Gotei13. People such as Ichigo, or the rest of the humans in the Living World will not be accepted.

2)Only anime or manga images may be used. No fanart or doujinshi or cosplay images are allowed! Unless the images are purely your own(still no cosplay images). Artbook images are allowed.

3)Each joined member may submit two icons, otherwise stated by me or the other moderators when posting the weekly themes.

4)All submissions have to submit to Livejournal standards. Meaning they need to be 100x100 max by size and the maximum of 40KB. Not that hard, right?

5)Any icon style is welcome! Animated, Textless, stillness, otherwise stated for the theme, all those forms of icon-making are welcome

6)Submissions have to be made fresh for the week's theme. Icons no older than 3 days maybe submitted. I have good eyes so if I see the same icon you placed as a submission right out in some other community, you will be disqualified

7)DO NOT SHOW YOUR ICON SUBMISSIONS BEFORE OR DURING THE VOTING! It kinda ruins the whole icontest thing and we wanna feel cool here, right? :D? All entrants will remain annoymous during the voting, and the names will be revealed with the winning icons post. If you are caught, you will be disqualified.

8)Either mod has the right to disqualify icons that are not suitable for the them or one that has broken one of the rules. If you have any further questions about your submissions, feel free to ask and we'll answer to the best of our ability

When Voting, it should be something similar like this:

1. Vote for your 3 favorite icons.
2. Don't vote for yourself.
3. When voting, please use either one of these formats:

Depending on the week, there may or may not be a Special Category. That just depends on how many submissions there are.
