Icon Feedback

+The coloring and use of texture is beautiful and well done.
+Great use of text/font. Nice overall composition.

2:
-The crop's too wide; you can hardly see who's on the image.

3:
-cut-out isn't well executed and the text is spelled incorrectly.
-the icon seems a bit too text-centered

-the use of texture seems unnecessary, and the colouring is very washed out.
-Text placement is awkward
-The texture you use doesn't really fit the icon, and the cropping/blending with it could have been done a little bit better to smooth out its effect.
-The texture doesn't really work. Icon is pretty dark.
-Pale coloring. The texture used for the background does not fit very well with the image.
