if you just want to look at the pretty icons but don't have any to post yourself, feel free to friend the community.
this is an elite icon posting community catering specifically to csi and its two spinoffs, csi:miami and csi:ny. this community is by invitation only. to become a member, you must apply and submit to judging by our mods. to be accepted, you must get approval one mod (this may change once we have more mods). we are looking for unique styles and talents, articulated brushwork, creative word and font use, and a general aesthetic quality from all applicants. if you don't feel ready to apply, please feel free to watch this community if you wish to learn and improve on your icon skills. approved members will be able to post their batches of csi-related icons here.
- bashing of characters or ships will not be tolerated.
- if your application is not accepted, please do not complain, or you will not even be considered next time.
- if your application is not accepted, but you wish to apply again, please wait 2 weeks and try out some new things. to improve, one must take the time to practice. for tips, check out icon_tutorial.
- to apply, please visit THIS POST. make the subject of your application 'who are you' so we know you've read the rules.
- when applying, give us your name and a link to your primary icon journal. please post 5-12 of your best icons (post at least 4 from csi, but feel free to post some examples from other fandoms).
- you must recieve a 'yes' from at a mod to be accepted.
