Title: The Ghost Rider
Author:
sateenmusta
Bands: PATD, FOB, MCR, (Cobra, THS)
Pairing: Frank/Gerard, implied Ryan/Spencer, implied Pete/Patrick
Rating: let's stamp this with R (mostly for language, and it's not bad :D)
POV: 3rd, Shane's
Summary: College!AU. Shane Valdez studies photograpy in college when he hears the rumors about the so-called Ghost Rider, an anonymous guy on black motorbike, who drives from city to city, makes the cops chase him and then disappears, only to appear somewhere else. Shane needs to do his video project for this semester, and when the Ghost Rider appears in town and Shane spots him by accident, he decides to go hunt after the guy with his video camera, to see if he can catch a legend on film...

Beta: Erin [
thevelvetsun], thank you for bearing my constant stupid e-mails <3 ...I mean, 15-line ramble over one phrase is... well, just me I guess, but thank you anyway :D
Disclaimer: Ghost Rider is real. But this story is fake, fiction and just for fun.
Author's notes: So apparently going motorcycling after a long break offers more inspiration than I thought... This was a story that basically wrote itself in less than 13 hours, even though the background-checking and some other stuff added a few hours there. But it really wrote itself, felt like I didn't even have a say in it :D
More A/N at the end.

Title: No One Ever Wrote of the Brothers of Christ.
Chapter: Chapter Two: The Gift of an Interval.
Pairing: Brian Haner/Matt Sanders, Brian Haner/Jimmy Sullivan, various.
Rating: PG-15 - NC-17.
Word Count: 1386.
Summary: Brian is a perfectly generic young man. When he was young this was his dream - to live in New York with his best friend, taking photographs of the rich and the beautiful and the drugged. But in reality their apartment is falling into pieces, Jimmy's becoming all the more distant and he's scraping by with a career shooting crime scenes and redneck weddings - both of which are in a worryingly plentiful supply. But life is grey and dull, that's the reality of it, one he acknowledges happily; just like every other figure in the community of six billion known as monotonous humanity.
Only then bizarre events start occurring. Big and small, painful and pleasant, and their numbers are becoming all the more numerous. Brian's a cynic, he doesn't believe in this stuff. But when the man with the mirrored glasses appears he knows that the universe is falling off kilter.
The green eyed man making him remember things that never actually happened isn't helping much either.
Disclaimer: I don't own it because it doesn't exist. Which is deep. No, really.
Dedication: For
heartsxrecycled who knows the dirty truth - she really is my eternal Jimmy.
Author's Note: I promised myself I would never write a self-harm fic. And even though it's a tiny little snipplet of a thing I'm still a little ashamed. But I think it's just angry enough, just dizzy enough to be Jimmy, even if it doesn't work. And to my most gorgeous promised betas - loves, I didn't send this out to you because it's just a moment of ranting backstory. The real mccoy will be heading your way soon.

Hey guys! You may or may not be aware that there has been a posting strike scheduled for this Friday. This strike is in light of the recent asshattery of Livejournal/SUP, in which, along with continued deception of their userbase, there was a targeted removal of certain popular interests such as 'fanfiction', 'slash', and 'bisexuality'.
Obviously, the mods here at
What this means for you:
We will be going on moderated posting from Thursday night to Saturday morning, and we will not be approving any posts for twenty-four hours starting at 12:00am GMT on Friday, March 21. I apologize in advance for any inconveniences this will cause you. I hope that you can understand (if not agree) with our reasons. Rest assured that, after that time, we'll go right back to your regularly scheduled boy-sex.
I'd like to urge all of you to participate in the strike as well. (After all, it's only a day, and, who knows, maybe you can use the time away from posting and reading to get some sweet fics written! \o/) And whether or not this has any real, detrimental affect on SUP, I believe it's all about principle. It's important to let them know that we don't support these kind of decisions. And if we don't stand up for ourselves, who will?
THAT BEING SAID, I also believe that this is a personal choice, and there'll be no judgments from anyone here based on your decision.
( More info on the strike )
So,
isolde13 wrote this story, This is Not a Love Song, and I really liked it and wanted more but she wrote it as a one-shot. She said I could write more so I did. Two chapters later I realized I didn't really have anywhere to post them, since Isolde and I don't have very many communities in common, so I created
obedience_curse. Currently there are four chapters by me and two by Isolde, and there are two other writers working on stuff. I haven't been posting it here since Isolde started it and she's not a member, but I think you guys would like it.
