ABOUT

Welcome to Glorified Size! We are a brand new rating community promoting a positive body image in all women - we completely encourage ladies of all sizes, races, genders, sexual orientations to apply. This community will become one of the most active communities on Livejournal. Basically, we want you to make friends and have fun!

Although voting will not solely be based on looks, it will play a small role, mind you beauty is the eye of the beholder. Project yourself as you truly are and you'll be accepted with open arms. All applications for new members must be submitted within ONE day of joining the community.

I began this community when I couldn't find the type of rating community I was looking for. This isn't just a rating community, members should want to be active & participate in challenges and activities offered. You know that outfit you aren't sure looks good on you? Post a picture of it. Thinking your boyfriend is going to ask for a "break"? Vent about it. Post anything your little hearts desire.

If you have any questions or requests, please feel free to write to the maintainer of this community via e-mail, or send a message via Livejournal.

GENERAL RULES

Please abide by the following rules made by your maintainer:

The number one rule of this community is to be active. If you join, please contribute to this community on a regular basis. We do not expect you to post every hour, or even every day, but atleast once a week you should be able to post.

Once you've submitted your application, you may not go back and edit. We do this simply because we want your personality to show through.

When posting, in the subject line please insert your title. If you're applying put "Unstamped/Apply", if you were stamped with accepted or are a auto-accepted member please put "Stamped" in your subject line.

All entries must be friends only - it helps to avoid drama. If you forget and post it as public, you'll be asked to change it to friends only. If you do not do so, the post will be deleted.

If you leave the community, let us know so we can remove you and let other people join in your place.

Please, you are allowed to have one photo before the LJ-cut, but all other photos should be stuck behind the cut. I like to keep things neat.

On the same note, if you're posting an extremely long rant, please also put that behind an LJ-cut, we don't want to have Betty Negative over here complaining about her friends page! :P

Generally we would prefer you be atleast 16 years old to join, but if you feel you can be mature enough to participate, feel free. But please try and leave your birthdate visible on your User Info page.

All members should vote on new applicants. Please include your answer (Yes/No) in the subject line of your comment. If you'd like, you can add why you made your choice - but remember, no rudeness, only constructive criticism.

ANY MEMBER FOUND MAKING RUDE COMMENTS, UNNECESSARY BITCHING, MAKING FUN OF ANOTHER MEMBER WILL BE BANNED IMMEDIATELY. There are NO exceptions to this rule! So be friendly. =)

And lastly, do not promote other communities here, there are promotion communities available for that. As well as, NO sales posting.
