About:
Each week we will run one challenge. One week will be Harry Potter based the other week will be stock based. If we can get participation back up, we will go back to two challenges a week.

Participation is now open to everyone, you just need to join the community to enter the challenges.

Rules:
+ You may enter up to two[2] icons per challenge
+ Icons must be of lj standards [100x100, 40kb]
+ Do not tell anyone to vote for you
+ Do not vote for your own icon[s]
+ You must make new icons for each challenge, you cannot submit something you've made previously
+ Do not post your entry anywhere until winners have been announced, this includes entering it elsewhere.

Timeline:
+ Monday - new challenges go up
+ Tuesday or Wednesday - previous challenge winners posted
+ Thursday - current challenge reminders
+ Sunday - voting goes up
