Firstly: Hello, I've recently come across this comm and I love the 11th Doctor and all the fics/icons/wallpapers/everything girl!doctor related.
Secondly: I've written something for you *presents a giftwrapped ficlet with a purple ribbon*

It's more of a fragment than an actual fic. And girl!doctor isn't actually in it. Read the info in my LJ post if you want to know what's going on, but it should eventually make sense if you've read azarsuerte's fic. (Sorry, by the way. I've turned one of your characters evil.)

Title: Night of the Robots
Pairing: girl!Doctor on her own
Rating: 12 / PG-13
Summary: The Doctor crashlands on a dead planet where a rag-tag human outpost has lost all of its robots.
Spoilers: Very mild spoilers for 'Forest of the Dead', and a ref to 'Embrace the Darkness', an Eighth Doctor audio.
Notes: Having twisted my ankle at the beginning of what seems the longest week in the history of Doctor Who, I decided to knock out a quick girl!Doctor short story. It was fun! I love the character and she was great to write for. I didn't pair her with anyone because people have done that and while it's interesting to see what companions who have known the Doctor as a man make of her as a woman I thought I'd just see how she does on her own. On her own with her cat, of course.

Oh, and this was written in two sessions off the cuff with very little editing, so you'll have to excuse the typos and anything that doesn't quite scan. I hope you enjoy it though. And comments are love.

Hi! Thought I'd tempt you all with a little Doctor Who/Anita Blake crossover drabble that I wrote over a year ago now. EDIT:: Ok, so i'm thinking - obviously the Master escapes again somehow, builds his own chameleon arch which malfunctions scrambling his DNA and dumping the Y chromosome while duplicating the X... Next thing shes knows she's in Victorian England where she develops a taste for corsetry... :_D

I hadn't actually planned to post here, because... Well... I don't actually write girl!Doctor. I write Lady!Eleven, who I started writing sometime last year and has since taken over my brain. But I happened to crosspost some of my fics to au_timelords, and someone there happened to suggest I post them to here. As mentioned, I hadn't planned to post here. But it was suggested that Lady!Eleven and girl!Doctor could be friends, and I thought, "Why not?"

(Actually, my first thought was of Lady!Eleven and girl!Doctor having a sleepover in one or the other's TARDIS, wearing pajamas, braiding each other's hair, exchanging gossip about their respective Companions and former male selves, and all that lovely stuff. But I digress.)

Lady!Eleven is the Eleventh Doctor as played by Claudia Black. She hasn't got the hang of skirts, dresses, or high heels, but she likes jelly babies, scarves, strawberry-banana smoothies, scarves, Field Gravity Detectors, and scarves.

Please don't lynch me. Delete this if it's not pertinent enough to girl_doctor.
