gintama_fanfics, a Live Journal archive dedicated to all Gintama fanfiction.All pairings are welcome. Het, yuri, yaoi, incest (basically anything that floats your boat) is welcome to the community.
1. No flaming. This community is open to fan fiction of any type. If you have a problem with a certain pairing or rating, just don't read it and move on. Flamers will not be tolerated and will be banned from this community. Additionally: No pairing bashing at all here. Keep in mind that mocking someone for their pairing of choice is equivalent to flaming them.
What constitutes as a flame will be up to the mod to decide upon.
2. Please place all fanfiction behind a lj-cut.
3. Posts must have something to do with fan fiction, general questions about the anime or manga can be asked at communities such as
gintama.4. You cannot repeat posts. Note that while posting a link to your story and of any further updates of your story (if a full-fledged series) is fine, you cannot post the same link to your story over and over just to try and churn out more comments/reviews. Repeated posts will be automatically deleted.
5. Mark your fanfictions accordingly. Whether it be filled with spoilers (anime-wise or manga-wise) or with adult/squicky themes such as violence, non-con, character death or incest. Any fanfiction with a rating higher than PG-13 is especially expected to be given the appropriate warnings.
6. Please use proper grammar and spelling to the best of your abilities when posting a fan fiction. No one is going to jump at you for a few common errors (i.e punctuation, spelling mistakes), but if you write everything in net-speak you will be told politely to fix it up.
7. All fanfiction will be organized by the Memories. Every fanfiction is intended to be added there eventually. However, if your fanfiction has been somehow missed, excluded or accidentally skipped over, then please alert me here.
8. Reviews should be delivered in a civil tone, but negative feedback and constructive criticism will also be accepted and encouraged here. Please keep in mind that there /is/ a difference between a flame and constructive criticism.

Contests and weekly themes are expected to take place soon.
