Abouti went looking for my ideals outside of myself
and discovered it's not what the world holds for you,
but what you bring to it.
the dreams dearest to my heart
are RIGHT HERE. ♥
this community is for all people who love the irresistable gilbert blythe,
a character from l.m. montgomery's anne of green gables.
we believe that gilbert is the perfect guy. smart, considerate
(except for that unfortunate braid-pulling incident and the
nickname he came to regret - "carrots"), tall, dark, and handsome.
and so darned attractive in those suspenders!
we also tend to be partial to jonathan crombie, the actor who portrayed
gilbert in the kevin sullivan version of anne of green gables.
