We will be using this post to make you aware of which lines have been discontinued and editing as we receive more information from the company. We regret to inform you that Department 56 has just announced that they will be discontinuing many of their lines effective January 1st 2009. While we do not have a complete list of all the lines being discontinued, it will be our pleasure to continue providing to our customers any of the Department 56 products that we can.

Since we do not know when we will be provided with such a list, it is possible that orders will be placed for piece that we can no longer provide. If this happens, an e-mail will be sent to the customer notifying them and cancelling the order accordingly.

If you are an already existing customer of Giftshop1234 it is possible that you recently received an e-mail from us regarding a special we were offering returning customers for Swarovski items.

It has come to our attention that our system has, in error, been adding 10% to each order, instead of discounting it. We are in the process of having our Tech Department resolve this error.

If your order was made with a credit card, you will either be refunded (if the order shipped) or not charged (if the order is on backorder).
