AboutThe purpose of this community is to generate recommendations of good Gilmore Girls fanfiction. The idea for a community came from the Old Fic Appreciation Days on the TWoP fanfic thread. The idea is that we'll post a category/topic and readers will respond with their favorite fics in that category. After we've gotten some responses, we'll edit the original post with the links. What we'll end up with (we hope!) is a place that you can come to find recommendations for good fanfiction in lots of different categories.
This community will likely tend towards Lorelai/Luke fics, but general fics or Rory-centric fics that fit the proposed category, are also encouraged.
Some Rules and Guidelines for this Community:
1. Before commenting, please check the comments so that the same fics aren't recommended over and over.
2. Please post the title, author, and a link (preferably at BWR) for the story you are recommending. If it has an Adult rating, please note that.
3. Links from other sites (fanfiction.net, Lukewarm, or a personal lj) are acceptable; however, the fic should still meet BWR standards [for spelling, grammar and formatting].
4. Discussion of a fic is encouraged, but fic-bashing is not. Also, please remember that the author of the story you're discussing is likely a member of this community.
