I would just like to now reiterate my plea to not hotlink icons. Several icons this week were not able to be included in the voting because they were hotlinked and the users' bandwidth ran out. One even ran out of bandwidth after it was put in the poll. So please, please, please, if you can avoid it, don't hotlink, and please do upload the icons to your own server. Thank you.

What I have decided to do with Festival of Living Art: Because the vote wasn't overwhelmingly in either way(getting rid of it or keeping it) i am going to keep it for the time being. However, the number of nominations it gets will determine whether or not it will be included in the weekly voting or not. If it keeps on getting 0 nominations for a couple more weeks, i think it may be time to drop it, which would be sad, but almost necessary.
