South Riding
Very silly of me as I knew about this and both forgot to post it here, and missed the first episode. Philip stars with Sarah Lancashire in this radio drama.

It's on Radio 7, in 15 parts on consecutive days (Part 2 today), a dramatisation of a novel by Winifred Holtby.

Link here, listen live only.

No Listen again facility but each episode is broadcast three times a day, 10.00am, 9.00pm and 2.00am.

Thanks to [info]flip18, and Kathi on the PG Group Forum Index, for this!

Phil on Radio Two!

I just caught the tail end of this when I was somewhere else, but Phil was interviewed on the Jonathan Ross show on Radio Two today.

Thank goodness for Listen Again - here. It's available for the next seven days.

He's very near the end of the show. The bit I caught he mentioned they were just about to start filming the last two episodes of the "first series" (his words) of Ashes to Ashes. They also chatted about Eighties' music.

new stuff
Phil on Chris Moyles this morning (can currently be listened to on the radio one website, and it's BRILLIANT) said he's filming "Cranford Chronicles", a period drama (again) for the beeb. This may be old news....

He's hilarious on the radio show. They keep trying to talk him or surprise him into talking about Ashes2Ashes - awwww :-)
