There is a copyright video of Phlip signing the Ashes DVD, now up on his official site.  It took a bit of time to load but it was worth it as there were many TRA members in evidence with their red balloons - perhaps some of the posters on this LJ site? He looked alternatively stern and charmed - I suspect this was depending on whether the recipient of the autograph appeared to really know his role in Ashes - or not!

This is reminder for those of us in the States who love Phil that Cranford begins airing on PBS stations around the country this Sunday on Masterpiece Theatre.

I don't know if anyone saw this in the Daily Mail on Friday but, apparently, Sky TV are going to re-make and update Blake's 7.

Filming will start next year and in the frame to play Blake are Sean Bean and Phil.

Fingers crossed Phil will agree because, although Sean Bean is *very* pretty, I'd much rather Phil play the role!!!!
