Hey all, I've lurked too long so it's time I posted.
I got this message from the Christian O Connell Facebook group today
"Just a little note to check you're all OK and to let you know we've got the legend that is DCI Hunt aka Phillip Glenister on the show tomorrow."

Phil on Andrew Marr show
Phil will be a guest of Andrew Marr on his political programme - The Andrew Marr Show - this Sunday, 11 May. 9am on BBC One and availabe afterwards on BBC iPlayer.

red balloons on video
There is a copyright video of Phlip signing the Ashes DVD, now up on his official site. It took a bit of time to load but it was worth it as there were many TRA members in evidence with their red balloons - perhaps some of the posters on this LJ site? He looked alternatively stern and charmed - I suspect this was depending on whether the recipient of the autograph appeared to really know his role in Ashes - or not!

I know we already had Life on Mars in Spanish but, as you might know, everything is dubbed in Germany.
So for whoever wants to know what Gene Hunt sounds like in German, here is a promo-clip from Amazon.de

Hello everyone!
I'm a little late on posting this and it's already been on TRA, poated by rupertsdrop, but for those of you who haven't seen it yet, here is some new information from the director of Tue$day, Sacha Bennett:
"...we've set a facebook page up for the film, and there's a heap of photos there. trailer and video clips coming soon too!"

Phil Glenister dvd signing at HMV on Oxford St - 6 May
Thanks to Premier PR for the following information.
Phil will be signing copies of the new Ashes To Ashes dvd at HMV on Oxford Street, London on Tuesday 6 May at 1pm.
UPDATED TO ADD:
The signing will last for about an hour and apparently Phil will only be signing dvd's bought in HMV.

Phil in Blake's 7???
I don't know if anyone saw this in the Daily Mail on Friday but, apparently, Sky TV are going to re-make and update Blake's 7.
Filming will start next year and in the frame to play Blake are Sean Bean and Phil.
Fingers crossed Phil will agree because, although Sean Bean is *very* pretty, I'd much rather Phil play the role!!!!
Just thought I'd let you know.

My Bafta Pictures
Me and some friends had a little trip to London, and we cant' help going to the Baftas and watching the red carpet arrivals. My friend as a professional photo camera, so she took some pictures....
