| About: | This is a community for geeks and gamers to support and motivate each other in our efforts toward trying to get healthy, stay healthy and all things that go with that (fitness, healthy eating, etc.). We encourage sharing healthy recipes, reviewing foods/restaurants, exercize tips and personal achievments towards achieving a healthy lifestyle. If you are able, please post the nutritional information for recipes, as well as WW points or diet exchanges! Note: This community is not pro-anorexia/pro-bulimia. This is a community that embraces HEALTHY eating and lifestyles. ***LIST GUIDELINES*** 1. Anyone can post to this community with a discussion. 2. If you don't feel comfortable with having just anyone see your post to this list, lock it to friends-only. Friends only posts allow only those who actualy belong to the group to see the post, keeping it locked down a bit. (those just watching will not see these posts, sorry guys!) 3. Use lj-cuts for long posts! 4. Stay on topic, posts should be about health and health-related issues - posts that are not on topic will be deleted. 5. Plain text only please! No colors, flashing/rainbow text, forced fonts or other fancy schemes etc. as it hurts people's eyes & breaks some people's computers.
