happy baby ~ happy planet
For an alternative to disposable and cloth diapers, look to gDiapers, the flushable diaper. The gDiaper system is eco-friendly and keeps bodily waste where it belongs and out of the landfills. Flushable inserts may be composted instead of flushed. Trimmer than most bulky cloth diapers, gDiapers make a great environmentally friendly alternative to cloth, and contain none of the nasty chemicals of disposables. Of course, gDiapers do contain SAP (super absorber, or sodium polyacrylate) which has been rated green by MDBC.
Considerations to keep in mind:
- This community is for people who use or are interested in using the gDiaper product in some form or fashion, whether it is with the flushable refills made by gDiapers or with some type of cloth insert.
- The Yahoo! group for gDiapers is located here.
- The MySpace group for gDiapers is located here.
- The Facebook group for gDiapers is located here.
- Pictures are welcome but please place multiple pictures behind a cut. If the post only contains one picture, no cut is necessary.
- Feel free to post brag entries!
- Don't be evil.
