WHO IS THIS COMMUNITY FOR? : This community is for anyone and everyone! Gay, straight, bi and all shade of gray in between! It is for posting original icons, sharing and trading! Feel free to show off your work, or just browse on by to find a lovely icon of your own!
WHAT ICONS CAN I POST? : This community is for icons related to the gay lifestyle -- so any icons of boy & boy, girl & girl will work right nicely! Anime, yaoi, yuri, stills from movies, fanart, pics of famous gay celebs, or simply pretty boys with lovely lyrics. No rule is unbendable! As long as it flows with the theme of gay love and beauty, it is perfectly acceptable!
WHAT CAN'T I POST? : Anything and everything goes in Gay Icons, except for hardcore nudity. Breasts are perfectly acceptable, but we draw the line at graphic gentalia. Pictures where sex is implied are still okay-- as long as the offending organs themselves don't get any screen time.
WHAT CAN I GET IN TROUBLE FOR? : This community is for having fun and sharing icon love! So, in that vein, we're pretty lenient and forgiving. The only things you may not do in this forum are:
1. DO NOT post icons with graphic nudity. (see above for definition of "graphic".)
2. DO NOT flame or insult the community members.
3. DO NOT advertise for other LJ forums. (posting links to personal webpages is okay.)
