Looking to adopt a female kitten

I am looking for the right female kitten to adopt.

I already own a male cat who is under a year old. He's fixed, and well taken care of. However he needs a companion for play time.

Main things you need to know about me are:
1) When I adopt an animal it is for their whole life and they become my baby and a family member.
2) I have health problems which means I am pretty much always home which means the new baby will get lots of love and attention.

Anything else you need to know about myself, and the loving home I intend to provide for the right female kitten that comes along just ask.

Lastly, I don't have easy access to transportation so you would have to be willing to deliver a kitten to me. I live in Hull, Quebec really close to the 3rd exit (RTE-148 O/Boul. du Casino) of the 5N highway.

Je cherche un chaton femelle qui a besoin d'un famille. Elle a besoin d'etre capable de manger de la nourriture solide. et d'utiliser la litiere. Elle doit etre capable de s'entendre avec d'autres chats. Faudrais que vous le livrez parce que je ne conduis pas.

Looking for an apartment either a 1 bedroom, or a decent sized bachelor which allows cats, and the building is well maintained. Would like it to be near public transportation, and a grocery store. Preferable under 500$/month hydro/water included. Do not need parking space.

My lease in for my current apartment ends August 31st 2008 so I am looking now for places that would be available for September 1st.

bonjour chers gatinois/hulliens,

j'ai appliqué dernièrement pour 2 emplois à ottawa (je suis présentement à montréal). je n'ai pas eu de nouvelles encore, mais j'aimerais bien avoir un début d'information concernant le coin, au cas où les choses se concrétiseraient (j'aime bien être organisée ;) ).

les emplois en question sont du côté de ottawa, mais proche du pont portage/centre-ville/de la rivière, alors je me dis que le déplacement gatineau/ottawa se fait bien? comment sont les transports en communs pour passer d'une ville à l'autre? et en général, le transport est-il satisfaisant?

je préfèrerais demeurer du côté québécois de la frontière, vu les tarifs moins chers d'hydro, et le plus faible coût des loyers (quoique ce n'est que spéculation de ma part). alors, 2ème question, quels sont les "bons" coins où rester? sécuritaires, pas trop cher mais pas trop cheap (genre 600-700$ pour un 3 1/2 avec chauffage), et proche d'épiceries, pharmacies, etc?

ça devrait m'aider à effectuer ma réflexion (je ne suis pas certaine de vouloir déménager), merci à l'avance pour vos conseils/recommandations :)

Where do you get groceries as a southern Hullian?

I've found some pretty good dépanneurs, but if you're living near Terrasses de la Chaudière, where do you go to stock up on the basics within a reasonable walk or bus ride?

Also, Giant Tiger's hardware selection is pretty limited. Where can one find a decent hardware store in southern Hull (ideally walkable from the TdeC)?

Today I've been at winterlude festivities at the Jacques-Cartier Park (Snowflake Kingdom) and I lost my wedding ring there in the snow somewhere. We looked everywhere, but finding a white gold wedding ring in the snow with many people walking around is like looking for a needle in a haystack. It's a very long shot, but if anyone in this communitiy knows or heard from someone finding a white gold wedding ring there, please contact me :(

Je partage une maison avec deux amies et nous cherchons une quatrieme locataire!

Tu aurais une grande chambre sur le deuxieme etage et l'access au reste de la maison. Nous avons deux salles de bain (une avec douche), une salle de lavage, une cuisine, une grande salle a dinner et un grand salon avec foyer, un garage simple, un grand balcon a l'avant et un patio a l'arriere, que nous partagerons avec toi.

Le loyer est 325$ par mois. L'electricite, le gas, le cable de base, l'internet et le telephone montent a environ 50$ par mois (nous avons un plan de facturation egale). Nous sommes situees sur le coin de St-Raymond et Tache dans le secteur Hull. Il y a un bon service d'autobus tres pres de la maison, et en voiture tout est proche. Il y a aussi le cinema Starcite et un Loblaws pas loin.

Nous cherchons une fille responsable et resonnablement propre. Tu peux etre aux etudes ou au travail, tant que tu fais quelque chose et que tu payes a temps :-) Tu pourrais demenager des la mi-Decembre, mais nous avons besoin de quelqu'un pour le 1er janvier.

Hello!

I share a house with two friends and we are looking for a fourth person to make this a full house!

You would have a big bedroom on the second floor, and access to the rest of the house. We have two bathrooms (one with shower), a laundry room, a nice kitchen, a big living room with fireplace, a dining room, a one-car garage, a big front porch and a patio at the back, all of which we share with you.

Rent is $325 a month, utilities come up to roughly $50 a month and include hydro, gas, high-speed internet, phone, and basic cable (we're on equal billing for pretty much everything). We are located in Gatineau (Hull) on the corner of St-Raymond and Tache. It's a 10-minute drive to Ottawa, and if you don't drive there are a lot of buses you can take, especially during morning and evening rush-hour. We are also very close to the Starcite cinema and the Loblaws.

We're looking for a girl who is responsible and reasonably clean, doesn't matter if you're a student or working, so long as you're doing something and you pay on time :-) You could start moving in as early as mid-December, but we're looking for someone for January 1rst.
