New theme~ This is a bit late it coming, and judging from the last few themes and the fact I and the other mods will be busy this weekend, we'll let this theme run through next week as well.

Whether Kiyo's parents, his classmates in school or other bystander characters, the icons are to feature people that aren't involved in the battle. Mamono and bookkeepers may be present, but they may not be the focus.

This week has been interesting to say the least. I apologize for no voting or new theme; we're just going to continue last week's theme again, Freestyle.
