AboutYou are a garden spring, a well of fresh water, and streams flowing from Lebanon ~ Song of Songs 4:15 ~ This is a community for Christian women, both single and married, to learn, discuss, and encourage one another in all things pertaining to health and well being. A woman’s health and body are an intricate part of who she is as a whole person, but in a society sadly lacking in true knowledge and wisdom these things are often ignored or misunderstood. We are not ‘experts’…merely women who desire, to the glory of God, to understand the bodies He created and regain the wisdom that has been lost through the ages. Whether you enjoy great health, or are facing daily challenges--if your desire is to learn more about natural and God-honoring ways to strengthen the health He has given you, this community is for you! Membership is moderated, and open to Christian women of all ages. Members are expected to live in a Christian manner, according to Biblical standards and morals. If you are not a Christian, there are many, many other communities out there that focus on health and womanhood.
