Looking for a version of "The best is yet to come"
I think that's the name. A friend had been bugging me about it for awhile.

It's from Metal Gear Solid on the Playstation. He said that when he beat it for a second or 3rd time (Doing something specific I believe) there was a special version of this song played. It sounded like the other versions except for a "Techno" (Maybe Dance like?) beat in the middle of the song.

I've checked a few OSTs online, but can't seem to find it.

Can anyone help?

If anyone needs more info, just let me know and i'll ask.

EDIT - "According to Game FAQs, you have to beat the game while wearing a tuxedo." That's how you can at least hear the song.... now where to purchase/DL/whatever...

EDIT 2 - Got it! I used PSSound, had the Metal Gear Solid thing checked in the options and scanned VOX.DAT. I went ahead and uploaded it for people to hear. http://rapidshare.de/files/10804852/VOX_0752.mp3.html

According to Game FAQs, you have to beat the game while wearing a tuxedo.

It's the standard-fare end theme. This is sad, for once, I'd like to give my skepticism a rest and allow such unfounded schoolyard rumors the benefit of the doubt. Then again, Snake told me this smells like a stale, unfounded myth.

Unless someone finds something better using an XA decoder and actual MGS disc. Mine's long gone, but I hear you can find a copy for $3.50 at a swap meet.

It's looking like I may have to go the XA way.

Or load up epsxe with sound recorder and load a dexdrive save.
