You can still post comments, but now instead of needing an account there is just image verification. There are good and bad things about this, I know.

Most importantly its not LJ.

I will no longer be posting about new episodes here because that saves me some time. All news and such will be at the new site. Of course if you want to keep posting here, we can't stop you.

Currently only the last two episodes, and some of GFR's original theme music are in the feed now. The old feed still has all the episodes going back two years now, but I'm not sure how long they will stay there. Eventually the entire catalog will probably be up at the new location.

Audio quality improves massively from this episode on.

The bad news is that there are major Skype audio problems in some sections of this episode. The good news is that Battle 2: Episode 8 has already been recorded using a new method, and GFR will from then on sound better than ever before. Look for that one in a few days.

So yeah I have been getting a lot of game requests, friend requests, and other great things over LIVE ever since my gamertag went up.

I just want to say what a really great community you guys are, and I really enjoy playing with you.

Games I play right now:

Carcassonne <- I'm a huge fan of high-quality boardgames
Halo 3 <- Despite the hype factor, there is just solid MP fun to be had.
Marble Blast Ultra <- I have 200/200 achievements, so I'm on this one less lately.
Dead or Alive 4 <- I got it for pretty cheap, so yeah you can try me at it.
Aegis Wing <- I've got 180/200 on this, and still need to have a great insane run with someone really skilled at SHMUPS. So far I'm always the best player I play with and I'm not that great.

I have a lot to say for the next ep, and talking with you on LIVE has really cemented my resolve to keep trying to deliver good content.

Y'know it's not like we haven't recorded anything.

I honestly don't know what the hold-up is, but I have been trying to get this going.

I would beg for more patience but it's almost two months since an release.

That's cause for storming our castle with pitchforks and such.

So the initial recordings are already done, but we've got just a bit more work before it'll be ready for mass consumption. Your patience has really been appreciated, and hopefully the next episode will be a just reward (cause we ain't got nothing else). We have enough material that we'll probably even do a second show really soon to make up for the lack of content around here.

Until then just memorize all the previous eps.

So unfortunately due to some personal scheduling conflicts, combined with Comcast mistakenly disconnecting my internet, GFR will be delayed on recording till sometime next week most likely.

I'm doing my best to have a recording session late Sunday night, and boy do we got a good show lined up. A couple eps ago I felt we had hit a new peak, but perhaps this next show will eclipse even that one!

The GFRmy won't have to wait long, I assure you.

Special guest Mister Raroo of undergroud gamezine Game Time With Mister Raroo joins us for this episode. Some audio glitchery takes place in the beginning of this show, but it clears up a few minutes in.

Also, Okami, console reliability and the Chinese Wii, piracy, Final Fantasy 1 for Wonderswan, Pokemon, One Chip MSX, Crayon Shin-chan, Aim for the Top! 2 comes to an end, and Naruto will stop sucking soon! Also, Jump Ultimate Stars, Godzilla 1954, and Street Fighter: The Later Years.

Errata: The One Chip MSX is made by D4 Enterprise, not a doujin circle by any means, it was merely being shown at the doujin event Comiket.
