AboutAfter getting stuck on a couple of things on the red version of Pokémon for the gameboy and getting all sorts of rubbish on my screen whilst searching for online hints and tips, I thought that there should be somewhere safe and non pop-uppy where people can exchange game tips etc.
The game's easy enough for me... and i'm WAY too old to actually BE playing it, lol.... but it even took me a long time to figure out how to get back to my home from veridian city... some people may never figure it out without a little push.
so i created this community.
there are no major rules... just keep the language clean as although I'm 28, there are bound to be people aged 8 and up who may wanna look at the site.
also please dont quadruple post on how great this and that pokémon are..... ugh... by all means say it once, but don't spam... i'd much rather this was a strategy guide site, it's not intended as a pokémon appreciation/fan site (I don't even like Pokémon! I'm just hooked on the game.)
anyway welcome, enjoy and.... be nice :)
if you join to say you hate Pokémon and they're stupid, I'll probably agree, but I'll also kick you out of the community and report any offensive behaviour.

Also moderating ismystical_dragon, she cares more about the game and Pokémon than I do and also has a fountain (or mountain?!?!) of knowledge to share with everyone, as you can see she posts regularly... feel free to join and ask direct questions, I'm sure that she will have an answer, and if not, someone else will!!! :-)
There's probably no point asking me anything about Pokémon (hate them) and I'd only know answers for Pokémon Red... but as I feel responsible for content etc of this site (since it was I who created it) if you have any problems come and let me know! leave a message on any post over atjustdontcare
