ltgarrix (phoenix), jagwriter78, and rhoboat. These awards are different from some of the others because fans and vidders nominate and vote their favorite videos instead of having a single person or panel of people choose the winners.
We hope to make this an annual event to help folks find and recognize the best Doctor Who vids featuring Christopher Eccleston and David Tennant as the Doctor. To make that happen, we need the cooperation of all participants to follow the rules. They are simple, hopefully easy to follow.
