I need to scrape together more money for AC, so I'm offering a few slots for a new kind of badge. :)
These ones are meant to look like someone took a snap of your character with a Polaroid camera and then scrawled your name on the picture with a marker. :)

That's shown a bit bigger than life size. Comes laminated with a slot at the top. I can ship for $2 extra or just hand it over to you if you're going to AC. :)

Hey guys! :D Just wanted to announce that I'm offering several types of commissions at the moment, including badges, icons and sketches, all under $10.
Badges are either $10 for a full sized or $5 for chibi, which includes lamination and shipping :3 done on heavy card stock or bristol board.

Hi! I post this here because I figure I'm more likely to get interest than in a non-furry art community, even though what I want isn't exactly furry...
I'm looking to do an art trade. I don't draw though (not very well anyhow) I make fursuit stuff! What I want is to swap a small plush, a tail and ear set, or maybe a set of hand or feet paws, if I really like your style or if you can do multiple pieces for me, for a drawing, possibly two or three.

Here's what I want:
A drawing of one of my characters who is a winged vampire boy. (That's him in my userpic.) Human, no fur, so you need to be able to draw humans + wings.
I don't require a specific medium. I prefer real to digital, but if i like your art, I would take digital happily. I can provide quite a lot of reference art of the character, but I am not actually picky about details at all. I'm a firm believer in the idea that the artist is the one with the creative talent, and art comes out better when you let the artist decide how to do the art. :) All I'm picky about is quality and reliability.
It's a bonus if you are good at creating clothing, as I would actually like to see him in a uinque outfit, rather than in a copy of something I've already drawn.
It's also a bonus, though certainly not at all required, if you can draw action and violence, and are okay with blood, as I would like to have an illustration of sorts of one of the scenes from my stories about him which involves him getting stabbed, but that's just one idea, that's not a must.
Now unfortunately I've been burned in art trades several times, but I'll try to set this up so that it's as fair as possible. I will make your half of the trade as soon as I possibly can. Depending on what we agree on it may take a week or it may take a month, but it shouldn't be any longer than that. I will be happy to send you photos of the finished work, but I will not actually be mailing you out your item until your half of the trade is 100% complete and has been sent to me. I apologize for insisting on this condition, but I've had artists artists flake out and fall down on their side of the deal on trades a great many times, and I really don't want that to happen again.
So if you're interested, please post links to samples of your art. Samples that include humans rather than furries would be particularly useful.

Hello my fellow artist and uhm.. those who just like to look at stuff.

I had gotten it inked and realized I did the nose wrong.
So I threw a tantrum and such for a bit in my journal ranting about how dumb it is to screw up something so not hard to do right.
Now that I'm over myself I'd love some critique on the artwork since I have to re-draw it.
I love this idea so I do want to try to re-do it. I figured since I have to re-draw it why not get some helpful hints before doing so.

I am opening up badge commissions. It wil be $7 for a medium sized badge with your character of choice along with their name. The badges will be colored with colored pencils and laminated. I will be accepting money through PayPal only for the time being, and yes - the badges will be sent to you after completion. When I posted this on my old forum, it didn't get any comments, which was unhappy for me because I really liked it. This one's a little older, a few months (things change fast for me so a few months is enough to call it old). Anyway, I'm hoping to get some opinions on it here as well. But let me stress, this one's older, so I'm not looking for "help" and honestly, I don't seek help for the new ones, either. It's cool if you think there's a mistake and wish to point it out, or just don't like it, just please don't start telling me how to improve it ^_ -

Hello everyone. I'm in need of money until I go for my second job interview on July 1st. I'll save any sob story. So in order to make a few bucks I am putting out commissions. It's cheap for you and I make some money while using the computer. Everyone wins. So here it goes.
Prices:
1) Head shot Lineart- $2.45
a) Flat Colored- $3.45
b) Detailed Color- $4.45
2) Full Body Lineart- $4.45
a) Flat color- $5.45
b) Detailed color- $7.45
c) Detailed Shading w/ simple BG- $9.45
3) Additional Characters- +$1 each.
4) Badges* - $6.45
*I can only do badges in Oekaki so I don't print them out. You'll have to print them out yourself I'm afraid.
Prices subject to change. If prices change while you're on my waiting list you price will NOT change.
I accept only Paypal. If you want a certain type of drawing style tell me. Otherwise the picture can come out any way that I try. I'll show you the sketch idea first before you pay. If you like it you will pay me and I'll finish it in the next 24 hours. If something comes up then I'll let you know.
If I cannot finish a picture for any reason your money will be returned.
If I don't feel I could draw a certain subject I'll let you know. This may include any really crazy fetishes or cub porn.

Mmhm, here I am. My story, summerized: I used to post art on a different site but it was full of whiners and idiots and I was banned for pointing that out to them. Even if they were a moderator. No, I'm not a troll, I'm easy to get along with so long as I'm not condescended. Anyway, now I'm really bored with life so I joined this community. I just wish to post art here for some feedback. I've passed the point of wanting the feedback as a means of helping with my progress, I just basically want to know why you do or don't like my work. Some of my stuff can be found in my scrapbook (if it's public...I'm still new to LJ), and I will post pieces right into here if I feel the need. One last thing, I'm not sure I consider myself really a furry, so let's just say I'm very pro-skunk, and very pro-anthropomorph. Any drawings you see me use as an icon, or otherwise posted are my own creations unless otherwise and clearly stated. Like my userpic? Here's the full version. I guess you could call it my fursona. Comments encouraged.

I really, really do. The basic and quick rundown: I am stuck in this hell of an apartment because we could not find anything else around my fiancee's office to get into. I spent hundreds of dollars out of my own pocket to help the landlord fix it up in time, since we were planning to be long-term leasers, and I would have changed some things eventually, anyways. This place was just... a mess. Before us, there were three male adults, one or two wives (not entirely positive on that part), an ex wife, 5 regular children, 5 or 6 dogs, and two more kids on the weekend. Its a small, three-bedroom pad, and they wrecked a lot.
Right now, I have no gas, which means no heat (its running around 40 to 50 degrees here), no stove, and no hot water (which means the horrors of no showering). I have crappy credit from student loans, and a college that I don't attend anymore is somehow taking loans out in my name. Apparently, due to the fact that I cannot afford a lawyer, there is nothing I can do to stop it.
Right now, we are running very low on food. My credit card is maxed out at $1000, and my bank account is at 7 cents. I'm in a serious streak of bad luck. I had some commissioners cancel on me due to their own financial problems, some late payers, and I didn't budget accordingly to this situation. We don't know when my fiancee will get his first paycheck.
So... I don't even know what to offer. I make fursuits and stuff along that line. I have some offers up for badges around $10. I'm... I don't know what to do. I'm so stressed out that I cannot think straight. I don't want to take on larger drawing commissions because they can take me weeks to get done even while working non-stop, and I know that in my current emotional state I would not be able to get something that large done. I'm freaking because I have lost commission lists from my last time and I am not 100% certain if I have a full list of all the people I owe art to. I'm freaking out. Suggestions, support, badge commissions, anything would be appreciated... I hate the fact that I have been having such a hard time financially this year that I need to keep reaching out...

Due to a couple of computer deaths and generalized confusions with payments, et cetera, I am going around and seeing who I still owe art to. I will be heavily working on it again once finals week is completed. So...
