Welcome to ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif){kind=small} frozen_avatar! This is an icontest for the television show Avatar: The Last Airbender. This is also a stills icontest, which means no animated icons here. Anyone is allowed to participate in voting, but you have to be a member to submit icons. Iconmakers of all skill levels are welcome here. | - As previously stated, you must be a member to submit an icon. - You can't make more than 2 icons per category (there will be two categories per challenge). - Your icon(s) must fit LJ's standards (100x100 and 40kb or less; JPG, GIF, PNG format). - You must make the icon specifically for the posted challenge, it cannot be an old icon, and it cannot be posted anywhere before the winners are announced, or you will be disqualified. - No fanart, animated icons, icons that you have not made yourself, or icons that do not pertain to Avatar: The Last Airbender. |
| - There will be two categories for each weekly challenge, one general, and one image provided. - You must have your icons submitted by Friday evening, when voting starts. Voting will run all weekend, and the winners will be posted Sunday evening, along with the next week's challenge. - Do not vote for yourself or get other people to vote for you. - There will be a Mod's Choice as long as we get 10 or more entries. - The submission entry will be screened, you must submit your icon with the icon itself, the URL, and any other additional information you want us to know (who to credit, etc).
