Edamame Mushroom Mac N' Cheese

Okay, so this isn't really a recipe, but it was SO tasty.



I used Annie's White cheddar Mac n' Cheese, and then stir-fried white mushrooms and some frozen edamame (just the pea, not the pod) in a little bit of olive oil and garlic. Mmmmm yummy.


[You can't really see the mushrooms, but trust me, they're there.]

This might be an excellent use of the frozen edamame I have had since Court's December visit.

Mmm. WHITE cheddar. Oy. So good.
