Good morning, hostiles!

o Really, she should know better, even if the snack cart was right there.
o Monkeys are fun to scribble-doodle.
o Ah, yes, the infamous apologize-for-your-relatives scene. We've all been there.
o Bad Kailen. Mooning monkeys can lead to no good.
o The snake is wearing shades. Because I figured it'd amuse at least ten of you. :)

I have learned to pay close attention to your doodles, and it has served me well.

I have to say-- your characters are so bloody expressive!

I have to ask, is your name a reference to Temple of Love?

Because now it's stuck in my head.

Yeah. That's my current journal theme.

I'm a little bit of a huge The Sisters of Mercy fan. :)

You continue careening upwards on that scale of awesomeness.

I love Sisters of Mercy. And that song. Now I'm going to go around the house "and a devil in a black dress, watches--!"

It's also this journal's fault that I'm reading Good Omens. Again. The book is so beat up and battered that I need to buy another before college.

So, does Collin just generally like to get Kailen into trouble, or is he honing his skills of manipulation already? Or both? Yeah, both. (It isn't as if he has anything against being in trouble anyway...)

I'm probably reading too much into the doodles, but... is there a small dragon in the aviary? *looks it up in the dictionary* Birdhouse... well, dragons are lizards, dinosaurs were lizards, and birds are in some strange way related to birds, so... definitely a dragon. Rorshack-tests are fun too

Now I want popcorn. Or maybe just another excuse not to study.

Karlen, Kai len, Kai-len, Kiln, Kaile, Karleen, Karlene, Kaolin, Galen, Kylen, Kailey, Kline, Kalina, Carlen, Karlan, Karlyn, Kaylyn, Kellen, Kaleena, Kaine, Kalie, Klein, Kleon, Alien, Jailing, Aileen, Ailene, Kaleb, Jawline, Jilin, Kain, Kale, Kile, Kilian, Galena, Kaitlin, Kaitlyn, Karlens, Katleen, Jailer, Glen, Kaile's, Klan, Jailed... could someone tell the lj spell-checker that Kailen is a word? Hmph.

She should /so/ know better. Leaving those kids alone for two seconds would be long enough.

*coughs* Some of us were the relatives... *cough*

Yeah, but the monkey was doing it first. Heh. He's only young yet. Now if Fox had decided to moon the monkeys...

*snerks* Yes, I am easily amused by GO references. I believe I travelled here originally because of one, and then failed to leave because I like the comic so much.

Heh! Yes. ::cough:: Not that I'm still banned from certain restaurants. Heck, it's been twenty years, I could go back and they wouldn't recognize me.

[Yeah, but the monkey was doing it first. Heh. He's only young yet. Now if Fox had decided to moon the monkeys... ]
Yeah. Nowadays he just sort of glares at them.

My parents constantly mention the time when I was a little kid and dropped my icecream during the middle of Cats and wouldn't stop crying... and the time I spilt hot chocolate all over the table at a cafe somewhere. They're saving it for my 21st, apparently.

*grins* I'm still reading the archives of BMB, but I can see that.

:) Thanks.

Heehee...awesome snake! That made my day... Snakes are kew and deserve to be portrayed that way. ...till y'know...like a mongoose or something decides to kill the snake and steal 'em.

I'm curious, does chibi Kailen in any way similar to a chibi Rafi? I just have the highly insane idea in my head that this is how Rafi started out...

I was staring at the snake for like, over a minute, just laughing and staring. Made me very amused. I wonder if my snake would agree to wear shades... and I if I could actualy find a pair small enough... hmm... must look into this... Nah, I pretty sure he would revolt if I tried that on him.
I also love Collin's smirk and raised eyebrow in the 4th frame. Very much.

it is 12:43AM th day after you posted this. to my rescue, i saw it at 2:55AM the day you posted it but there was no update on the LJ yet for me to say something. bah.

same things others mentioned:
i noticed the Dragon-looking thing in the aviary. emphasis on the word BUTT made me giggle. and the snake with shades made me giggle again. "trousers" rather than pants made me smile. and the expression change from panel 3 to 4 is the best thing i saw all day.

my own thing:
reference to the previous comic ("taunting the seals") made me smile again. and the first thing i thought when collin said "are you gonna let him get away with that?(showing butt)" was 'he cant let him get away without doing something to the butt... AHHH!!! only to coliin when they are older!!'

im such a pervert.

Ahh..that reminds me of when i was very very little (too young to actually remember, but oh I've been told enough times)
My mum was in the middle of buying a suit for my dad when she noticed I was missing. I was found dancing, sans clothing, in the window display of the shop. My mum has not been back in that shop since due to embaressment, and it happened about 16 years ago. Heh.
I too love collin's expressions, especially the evil smirk.
