I am so upset that neither FNL, Connie or Kyle got nominated for Emmys again. (Not to mention Taylor Kitsch for supporting, but that was just a whisper in the wind...)  I just don't know how acting can get much better than what they do on FNL.

I guess it all goes back to problems FNL has in attracting large audiences to begin with... there are too many preconceived notions about what it is. How many times have you all said, "You really have to watch FNL" and people roll their eyes, saying they don't like football or teen soap operas? Or, "I know, I know", and then they never watch it?

Well, here is a dream sequence:

I'm going to be taking my first trip to Austin in a few weeks and was wondering if there are good places a massive FNL fan should go? I looked online for locations and the like, but am not having the best luck. Any suggestions?

Hey everyone,

I'm an independent producer in Los Angeles who's been trying to produce a fantastic screenplay for 3 years. We have most of the budget--and we have Connie Britton attached to star-- and as a finalist in the 'Netflix Find Your Voice Competition,' we have a very real shot at making our dream come true. If we win, we get the rest of the budget and we get to produce this film in Texas this October. It's a movie the studios won't put up money for, but it's a quirky and moving story that really deserves to be seen.
