Another friend of ours was present as well, but she wasn't feeling too well so she didn't wish to be photographed. Overall it was fabulous. I'm taking Patrick there this Sunday after Church for some mimosas and Eggs Benedict. Should be a good time!

Beyond that, life have been going very smoothly. It's an appreciation week for our department at work, so all this week it's been fun, games, and wonderful food. Yesterday we had this AMAZING buffet of southwestern food. It was a potluck.



It was so incredibly tasty. Tacos, chili, sweet corn bread, cobb salad, etc, ad infinitum. Today we had a Thai food buffet, and tomorrow we're having tea and scones in the afternoon, heh, on top of another free lunch.

It's pretty great. I really love working here, and not just for the perks. I can't believe I've already been here for two months.

Time to head to a short Happy Hour at our bar in the neighborhood. It's been a long day.

I still haven't seen Derek Denies Denial or 6 1/2 but I did get to watch Happy New School Year. And despite the Dally crap it was a pretty good episode. There was also some really cute Dasey scenes.

i got cable back, but i still have no internet in my room. i was on my mom's computer last night to check in with email and such. but my brother and i have no internet yet since our rooms are farther away this time and we would need to get wireless connections set up. and of course, that costs money which none of us really have... so who knows? my brother said he would buy the main wireless router and his router for his computer, which would leave me having to buy my own. ha. then again, he said if it was less than $40, he would buy mine too. but i don't know. we just got the cable hooked up yesterday.

i'll talk more about the move and everything when i get my internet. i have a lot to say about it.

but yeah. i am in anatomy right now. we're in the computer lab again. i really don't want her to come back. i hope she doesn't come back for the rest of the week. ha. well we have thursday off so that's good. i completely forgot about that. and we have monday off too. damn. i think i have only been to school one full week once. haha. i have missed so much school because of days off and absences. :/

yesteday at work, sam cassell (omg the alien) came through my line! haha. i was freaking out. i don't even like the dude, but ahh. haha. he was there with some guy wearing celtics workout gear (maybe a new player or coach dude?). anyway, i rang the dude up while cassell was walking around. the order came to like $54 something and the guy started talking to me about how food and stuff are getting expensive. haha. so he pulls out a credit card and swipes it, but before it could be processed, sam comes over and says that he would pay for it. so both the guy and i cancel out the credit card thing and sam hands me a $100 bill. lol. when i am handing him back his change, i was like, "so are you excited about coming back for this year?" and at first he didn't hear me so i had to say it again. ha. then he smiled and said, "of course." and he laughed. lol. it was great.
fyi, he was only a 1 year contract last year but we decided to extend it for this season too. ;]

hm... i have work at 3. he's working too. <3 :] i saw him today. he got a haircut. haha. i'm such a loser.

That's Tucker...and that's his bed next to the purple cover. WTF, that's almost the size of my bed. He lives in a 5 floor walk-up and those stairs are effing brutal. They're really steep steps, too. And he's like really a pain to walk cause he wants to say hello to every single person on the street. He's from Westport, MA and is afraid of every freaking sound. He doesn't like other dogs...but is very fond of squirrels and birds.

I wish I could quit school right now. I hate all of my classes.

- English: She's the worst teacher I've ever met. She makes up her syllabus as she 'teaches'. She had us buy a book on Sunday and now we're having a quiz on the wholeeeeeee book next week. WTF?! And the class is 3 hours long on a freaking Sunday...without breaks. I hate this bitch. And she's a real slut, too...she's always telling us about the men she's slept with and shit. I can't wait to evaluate her at the end of the semester.

- Math: She gives out quizzes every Monday. And when I email her about missing homework and all that jazz, she only replies with one word answers. Like, seriously? I spent my time writing you a huge ass email, and all you could say is "no hw". Ughhhhh. And no one gives a shit about your engagement ring.

- History: OMGGGGGGGGG. BORINGGGGGGGG!

- Sociology: I might as well just not come in. She never takes attendance and all she does is talk, talk, talk.

Time to go walk Tucker and go to History class. Someone just shoot me.

Here it is the wrestling fic that no one is going to read... :-) While I'd love for people to give it a try -- I actually got into wrestling through fanfic crossver fics with the Buffyvesre which I was into at the time, strangely it's not as bizarre a combination as it might sound, went hunting for pics of the characters discovered Chris Jericho and never looked back really -- please don't read it just to make me happy because that would make me unhappy.

ah hell, i HATE Palin! and just because McCain is my state's senator, doesn't mean i should vote for him. i now know which issues are more important to me. plus he's older than Curtis the Caveman, so he'll keel over soon. so do we REALLY want Palin as prez? i do not. >:(
