“The Rhythms of Life” was a book I accidentally ran into at the “Feria Del Libro” of Buenos Aires many years ago. Since the very first moment I was reading its pages thousands of songs began to sound inside me. Suspected answers and new questions appeared in my mind about how things happen in our world through the ages. The rough lines written and left in a drawer for decades fell onto the ground of nowadays technological means and finally grew up into sounds. Here are 21 tracks that made up the first volume.

ANTINOMIE, the newest aural investigation by IMPULSANTWORT + PHARMAKUSTIK from Germany contains seven powerful circles of abandoned ambiences full of contradictory particles within the microorganic complexity. A 25 minute piece "Incubi Succubi" was born as a live act by Svart1 (Sardinia-Italy) and Daina Dieva (Lithuania) for the opening of an exhibition of the painter Daniele Serra, and performed in an art gallery in Cagliari (Sardinia, Italy) on the 9th of December.
A common point of departure for this musical soundscape was the theme of the exposition - darkest nightmares. And so it flows wandering through post-folk, saturated in dark ambient and covered in the shelters of industrial, closing the circle with the post-folk chant again.
This peace is meant to be perceived as a soundscape for a moonlite night - closing the eyes under the sparkling path of the full moon and letting go of this world. A first phase of sleep is a handful of memories, feelings and illusions, the second phase - the heavy sleep - is a torture of nightmares, the third phase lets you rest in the dreamlands of childhood, while the fourth pushes back to suffering the darkest night hours. Finally the first rays of the sun enlighten the feverish dream and calls out to enchanted awakening.

It implements not a regular groove only but a big architectural form of dynamic development created together with noise wizard Lampi from Minsk, famous Bimka from St-Petersburg, playing with his fingers on the naked electronics boards and Bad Seed on sax. Group of 10 artists, and as a matter of fact - the whole theatre, where in improvised performances, there is a place for each participant. The space which is warmed up by the "sun" of a stage, is filled with elements of a jazz, folk, avant-guarde, industrial, psychedelic, punk-aesthetics and is flavoured with the spoken words...
Группа из 10 человек, а по сути - целый театр, в импровизированных спектаклях которого отведено место каждому участнику. Пространство, подогреваемое солнцем рампы, заполняется элементами джаза, фолка, авангарда, индастриала, психоделики, сдабривается панк-эстетикой и художественной декламацией. Спектакли группы могут перенести вас в эпоху советских агитмассовок и агиткультовок – смешных и смешанных по значению, но великолепных по сценическому построению, глубоких по содержанию. Была бы возможность – и группа занималась бы одновременно построением пирамид на сцене и других различных нелепо – лепных фигур акробатического пилотажа. Это происходит на выступлениях «Утроворту» - проекта, созданного участниками коллектива. Тексты песен «Голубей и Безумных Кашеваров» изобилуют приемами, свойственными поэтическому абсурду, стилистике ОБЭРИу. Глубокие чувства и одновременно абсурдность происходящего, ситуаций, моделируемых на сцене, не оставляют зрителей равнодушными. Радостное чувство сопереживания хаосу, соучастия в бардаке, который происходит на сцене и в сознании героев, не покидает до конца шоу. Герои произведений коллектива находятся в постоянной борьбе с превратностями судьбы, которыми щедро насыщают их жизненное пространство авторы.

The songs are written about Kansas City’s neighborhoods, their moods and memories according to H Stewart. The songs were made with a cheap Casio, a used microphone, and a laptop which houses odd programs for sound manipulations. Those things coupled with the memory of home H Stewart create a voiceless album drawing on how little and how much we have in life, and how important it is to be home."

"Exit To Exist" is experimental music project from Minsk, Belarus. It was created in 2007 by Vitovt & Unsound Of Mind. Music combines several stylistic references with dark ambient in it's both visions: "proto- + post-"; using quite large list of instrumental equipment. This first demo/album called "Harbours" is recorded as "live" improvisation with few elements of post-production and arrangement. Seven musical pieces are the way to represesent the inner state of their authors to potential listeners, as the special way of transpersonal communication. In evidence, there is some dual analogy, observed through conception based on the sea's [or ocean... water... harbour... ships... wrecker...] imagery, which evokes truly powerful atmosphere of raoring chaos on one hand and correspond with deep estrangement and melancholy of human being on the other.

The tracks are built primarily from recordings by Johann Meier of jopy (all trks except 1), also featuring material from Michael Chocholak (trk 3), the glad hand (trk 1) and RDunlap (trks 1 & 7).

From 2005, the 2nd dadala album continues the recycling of RDunlap’s own archival material and also begins the dadala tradition of working with recordings contributed by other artists who have crossed online paths with RD in the early 21st century.
‘continues’ mixes source material from Michael Chocholak, Pilesar’s Mandible, the glad hand and Mountain Kids with recordings by The Dunlaps and other early material from RD and friends. The atmosphere of the album ranges from a sort of cyber-rustic “surrural” sound to more abstract dark ambient leanings.
dadala is a project from outsider recordist RDunlap combining, remixing and manipulating existing recordings of his own and contributed by other unconventional artists.

"...The young band is known for an enormous range of spacey sounds which, in this multiplicity, are reminiscent of the likes of bands such as …And You Will Know Us by the Trail of Dead or Radiohead. pandoras.box constructs a paranoid and polarizing post-rock sound with experimental electronic influences, warm piano lines, organic guitar sounds, the integration of a string orchestra, avant-garde wind section arrangements, a down-to-earth, almost groove-like drum & bass fundament, and very personal, but accessible lyrics revolving around explosive topics of universal relevance. A subtle overall impression sets in after the initial foggy-stormed prelude, culminating in intangible, yet ever present emotions. Barriers quite possibly aims at unsettling its listeners and giving them a good jolt before leaving them behind, hushed and contemplative.
The band’s debut album Barriers was recorded in true DIY style between winter 2005 and spring 2009 at the School of Audio Engineering in Munich, the Sound Concept Studios of Moosburg and at the band’s own rehearsal room in the underground caverns of the Geisenhausen Bunker. Mixed and produced by Frittenbude mastermind Jakob Häglsperger and co-produced by pandoras.box lead vocalist Martin Steer, guitarist of the band Frittenbude. Mastered by Sam Bittner at the Dorian Gray Studios in Munich. Artwork by Andreas Buchner alias Poeta Doctus."

The suite has also loads of samples, both from own sources as well as foreign. Some re-worked, very old parts has its origins from recordings made in the late 1890s.
‘New August Sense Of Ease And Pain’ is Joxfield ProjeX-goes-dancing. All of it consists of samples from own and foreign sorces. It’s possible to dance to it.
