Membership is by invitation only and for resource makers only. There will be no application process, and applications will not be accepted in comments or by email. If your work is without compare, keep posting it at the regular resource communities and we'll find it eventually. Do I need to be a member here to use the resources? Of course not! Feel free to watch/friend the community to keep track of the goings-on here. Please remember to follow the rules set out by each individual resource makers when you download/use their resources. | |

01. Only graphic resources may be posted in this community. Types of acceptable resources: Textures, patterns, brushes, gradients, custom shapes, et cetera. Any size, icon sized and bigger. Types of unacceptable resources which you are NOT allowed to post here: Actions, tutorials, screen caps, fonts, bases or .PSDs. Also, absolutely NO text brushes/textures, NO dotted line brushes/textures, NO stock images/textures of corn fields, horses, woods, trees, houses, cars, flowers, landscapes, people et cetera. And last but not least, NO cropped images/art/drawings/typography from ffffound.com, DeviantArt.com, weheartit.com, flickr.com, tumblr.com, wordboner.com et cetera. Period. Even if you make them, please DO NOT post them here. 02. Links to resources must be publicly available (ie, not friends/members-locked, this includes "this post will be locked in ___ days") and the the resources has to be un-protected. That means, no passwords what so ever, or forcing people to comment for the download links. People must be able to simply click to the download area and get the textures without having to comment, requiring passwords, membership, being friended, or logging in to access them et cetera. 03. If your preview image is BIGGER than 400 pixels wide and/or 400 pixels high you have to put it behind an LJ-cut, or re-size it. This is an LJ-cut (copy and paste): 04. Please only make a 1 post per day. If you have multiple texture sets to post, place them all in a single post, or post them on different days. If you do put multiple sets in a single post, only one (1) preview image is allowed. Previews for the rest of the sets must be under a LJ-cut. 05. Clearly label the contents of your posts. Please list how many, what size, colors and what kinds of resources you have in your post, i.e. "3 large brushes, 2 black and white icon sized texture sets, 1 bright pastel gradient set." If your resource is software specific, please label which program it is for (i.e. Photoshop 7 patterns, Paint Shop Pro 9 brushes, etcetera.) This will help when organizing the tags and make it easier for people to find what they are looking for here. This will also benefit you, as people will be able to find your resources more easily in the future when your post is no longer on the first page of the community. For example: Size: Type/Theme/Description: Colors: 06. Do not disable comments on your entries. 07. Do not "members lock" your entries. Always make sure all your posts are set to "Show this entry to: Everyone (public)". If you lock your post, ONLY members here, (the other resource makers) can see your entries. This is an open community and we want everyone to see and download all the textures posted here, but if you members lock your posts, that is not possible. ------------------------------- Posts that do not follow 1 or more of these rules will be deleted without warning. Serial offenders will be placed on a 30-day suspension, followed by removal from the community for repeated offenses. [Rules can and will change at the behest of the maintainer.] | |
