The rules for this community are as follows:
1. All writing samples should be behind an LJ-cut (to find out how to do one, click here), whether its a resume, query letter, or the article/story/poem. If the entire piece cannot fit within one entry, do NOT post a second entry with its continuation. Instead, post the piece on your own personal webspace (free ones are available at geocities, angelfire, etc.) and simply put up a link here.
1a. Any pictures postings, too, should be behind an LJ-cut.
2. Be nice. No put-downs and no bashing. If criticizing a piece or idea, please be constructive about it. Cite specific problematic portions and provide some advice for improvement. Likewise, if you feel you've been too harshly critiqued, be civil in your response/rebuttal.
3. Intro posts are welcomed, but points of discussion are encouraged - whether if it's how you got "in", what you want to know more about, publications/contests you're considering, etc.
