They hid their communism well with the song "Money." I don't think anyone would have suspected it.

And the cover of "Sgt. Peppers" was a bit ostentacious (sp?) for communists, wasn't it? Shouldn't they have all been in drab colors?

So is the real meaning behind "Can't Buy Me Love" that they're on the waiting list for it?

Maybe she got a "Ticket to Ride" because she was a capitalist pig.

Maybe "Yesterday" was really a longing for the old Stalinist regime.

Maybe that's why Paul didn't have any shoes on the cover of "Abbey Road." It wasn't that he was dead, it was that he couldn't afford them.

And their long hippie hair was just b/c they couldn't pay for a haircut.

Wow. This totally changes how I see them.

While doing my masters thesis I had the "privilege" of meeting Dr. Noebel in person. A generally intelligent man, several doctoral degrees, he has serious paranoia issues that seem to stem from his fundamentalist christian believes. He is an A one wacko with quite a following, including Dr. Dobson, another christian fundamentalist who founded focus on the family, a massive organization of conservative to fundamentalist christian soccer moms and dads. But all in all he is harmless, I imagine he brainwashes a handful of kids each year at his Summit program that was linked to above, but his books have calmed down considerably, but not lost their paranoia edge. When I was writing my thesis a year ago he was working on gathering some kind of proof to bring to the Supreme Court that 'Secular Humanism' had taken over as the state religion and should thus be banned ... whom knows what festers in the minds of these people.
