Я не специалист, но вот что говорит википедия: "Стиль одежды и внешний вид — рваные джинсы, рубашки на выпуск(зачастую клетчатые или полосатые), джинсовые и кожаные куртки, кеды, одежда second. Неряшливость, небрежность, шкодливость — визитная карточка гранжеров. Вся одежда должна была смотреться застиранной и выношенной. Особенно популярны куртки-пиджаки, которые позже были облюбованы и панками"
Так что вполне стилизация под гранж)

I also don't like it at all,
just when it though grunge would be so interesting in high fashion pictures,
it seems like i just can't find that feeling of grunge that i love so much in theses pictures

Agreed with the above translation, putting on a Nirvana shirt does not make you grunge. And it appears they are trying a bit hard for this. Nevertheless, I appreciate where they are trying to go with it... Although, I'm not sure if they succeeded. I like some of the clothes, so it's not all for naught, imo. I can dig it. A bit overdone and something of a misnomer, but reasonably well executed for what it is.

i'm so sick of nirvana teeshirts in every grunge-themed shoot. there are lots of other great bands from that era...
aside from that little gripe, i like it. the combination of styles here is interesting to me, it's not something i'd have ever thought of.
the poor bb though :(

If they were trying to portray a girl who is a drug addict and has been beaten up by her boyfriend, they totally got it right!!!

If we eliminate the one picture with the Nirvana shirt, I would never have known it was supposed to be playing with the grunge style. Are we supposed to get it from the messy hair? From the random bits of plaid? Without that, I would never have associated this photoshoot with Kurt Cobain's white sunglasses and striped shirt. I think with a style of fashion that has such a recognizable set of rules for what constitutes grunge and what does not, it's important to engage with those rule more than they did here.

if they hadn't added the text about being grunge, no one would have thought twice and probably would've liked it.
it's quite beautiful, i think.
