They're nice.. The one where there are branches on her head made me laugh. Reminds me of the dog on "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" with the fake antler tied to his head. Still nice work though..

I agree with you completely.

I have no faults with the photographer, some of the other photos are very nice, just this particular photograph. It's as if they slathered her in calamine lotion and left it to dry and cake and wither away on her face, then took the picture, all of which disturbs me greatly.

I'm crazy for the first shoot, and I like the second too. The clothing from the first shoot nearly epitomizes my personal style: knit heavy with minimal whites/blacks withs splahes of color. The compostions are very good and the whole ed's concept works beautifully and almost organically. Outstanding.

As for the second ed, I don't think it works as a whole idea, but each individual picture is nice. The second is a little nineties, but I'm guessing that's the point. I love that Gemma-ish one with the pink skin. Eerily romantic.

I actually think the second ed might work as a whole... Looks to me like the photograph wanted to oppose nature and society by constantly alternating the pictures with a more vegetal feel and the ones with a technologic and tailored feel to them... But hey, that's my read :)

I dunno, I think the first two look like a craft show gone bad. The knits are nice but the rest of the look is silly (like the green unitard one with antlers and mask).
