Ditto. I love the textures, but not five hundred at once. And the model looks a bit...creepy.

I agree! I don't see it as postmodern at all. My first reaction was that is appears to resemble a bit of the ol' German Expressionism!

I like it, it's kind of refreshing and the shots are wonderful. I do think its a little too polished (maybe even cool videogame-like) here and there. It would have been nicer if the photographer hadn't polished the rough surroundings at all, or if he hadn't perfectionised the models. One or the other.
But nevertheless I think these pictures are wonderful.

Reminds me of Giger meets Escher, kind of. Hahaha. I don't know if it's postmodern, either, but I really like it. The model and the background blend together very well.

I think they are fabulous! The backgrounds are amazing and very much resemble an updated German Expressionist piece.

Absolutely amazing.
The architecture is so unique and alive, and the models go great with it.
The greys are amazing,
even though we can't see the color of their dress.
4 is amazing,
as well as 8 because she just blends in so seemlessly.
I never bothered to look through Flair, but now I see it's a great magazine.

This shoot is beautiful, but what the fuck? Postmodern? This is the most Modernist shoot I've seen in awhile-- it screams Italian Futurism.
