There definitely is a spectrum of photoshop'dness. I would think that it happens more often then we (or at least I) would recognize. This is for sure more towards the extreme than normal but it's funny because I would have thought that people would be more outraged airbrushing as it occurs towards the middle of the spectrum. That's when we don't recognize it and it's sort of a trick. But here it seems to be an actual theme rather than a deception. Yet it's in these cases that the issue is brought up.
