i really like all of these. the virgin suicides continuum has some really great shots, but i don't think they really reflect the actual story too well.

That's exactly what I was thinking. I like the shots, but I think I like them a little less since they were likened to the Virgin Suicides and didn't really deliver on that theme. Still lovely though.

i just read the virgin suicides recently ♥
this is actually quite nice, but some shots
are a bit ..on the irrelevant side.
nevertheless, they're pretty!

that's what i was thinking.
i like the photos and i think they reflect the virgin suicides in the sense that they're dreamy and half this soft naivite, well, to some of them.
i think maybe they're trying to reflect the movie more than the novel or...
i just think they lost me in how some of the photos actually reflect the virgin suicides.

While I don't see a connection with most of these, I think they are all absolutely gorgeous in thier own right. That sense of classicism is so beautiful. I wish we could see more of it today.

wow...blown away. Rarely do photogs manage to actually SEE the women they are shooting. There's a difference between looking and seeing. She sees. I hope to see more of her work.

By sequel, does this mean that there was a previous Virgin Suicides-themed shoot, or do they mean sequel to the book?
