I love the concept andexecution.
These are really nice.
I also like the colouring, some colours are very dull, and then others are more vibrant.

I have pictures from an editorial that were identical to this but the pictures are none of the above.
Has this concept been used before or do I just have more of the same?

Either way this is one of my all time favourites. Everything about it is beautiful to the concept the clothes and the colouring. Perfect.

I didn't scan all of the photos. These are maybe, if even, half of the images from that issue. I left out the ones I didn't like so much, and a few double pagers.

But feel free to post yours, I'd like to see more of this type. :-)

This is one of the most creative concepts in photography I have ever seen. Owning a few real BJDs myself I think they look very much doll-like. Thanks for posting these.

In case anyone is wondering, I've tried to figure out which dolls these are...

http://www.antihelios.de/EK/Images/POP2007_marionette6.jpg I think this is the same CP dreaming Lishe(the upside down one) in this picture: http://www.antihelios.de/EK/Images/POP2007_marionette9.jpg I don't know for certain, but the other doll looks like it's possibly a Dollkot or a Doll in Mind(DIM)... I'm not as familiar with that sculpt. The Lishe can be found on eluts.com

:3 It's really cool to see the dolls in a fashion spread... I make clothes for them as well as make my own dolls and that's what got me into fashion in the first place. X3

Some dresses in this spread were specifically made for the dolls. So now you are in one league with Jil Sander, Alexander McQueen, Karl Lagerfeld or Louis Vuitton (amongst others). ;-)
