LOL! That's totally where these were taken. Rocket Park in Huntsville, AL. Or at least a set built to look just like it.

Last year, my family went on vacation. And when we were on vacation, we went to an old nuclear site where they held nuclear bombs during the Cold War. The set really reminded me of the (now museum!) site I went to!

How funny, we watched the film Metropolis in Film Theory class yesterday, and our professor taught us about the decay of the aura - and projected the images of men on the moon from LIFE magazine..... after that, the whole 'space age' became a huge marketing tool, and this editorial is a rip-off of those ads.
